Honestly, how much work could be piled up from only missing 2 hours on Friday? My boss called me Friday afternoon after I had only been gone for an hour saying things were crazy and he hoped I was having a fabulous time! I assured him that we had not even gotten on the road, but I would have a great time. He said it was a crazy afternoon......... This morning when I came in, I now understand what he was talking about. I have so much work to catch up on. I bet he dug stuff up for me to do when I got back to make up for him having to answer phones and take down work orders and basically run the office. Usually when I leave the office to run errands, I usually forward calls to my work cell. This time he OFFERED to stay in the office and handle things. I doubt he will offer again. I will update of the fun times we had in SA tomorrow...after I catch up on my work load.
