Jackson made it through surgery. He was also "fixed." The total cost was around $1300 to make him better. In 5 weeks we have to take him back to get the pin taken out of his leg. Once a week we have to take him to get a new cast put on. He seemed to be in a good mood. He is on pain medicine and will be for a couple of weeks. I don't think I will ever own another dog again. It's funny how an animal can become such a part of your family. Last night, I kept wanting to call for him. He had to spend the night at the vet and I kept wondering what he was thinking about and if he was missing us or not. I know Ashley is gonna be thrilled to see him. I'm glad he's going to be okay, I just can't belive we paid so much for a 7 lb. animal that chews stuff up all the time..........
Oh my gosh, Mandy. That's the funniest thing I've ever seen. Or maybe I should say "cutest". Yeah, it's funny what you'll do for a pet that is constantly messing your stuff up.
