This weekend was exhausting. Not so much the whole weekend, but just Saturday. I had my baby shower at Jennifer's, then Carson's birthday party and then we had a surprise anniversary party for Angela's parents that night.
My shower went great! We had so much fun. All the hostesses went to so much work and it really showed. I was surprised that Wanda and Jessica showed up. They were the only ones from the family who came. Wanda actually won the grand prize which was a big basket of flowers with a bottle of wine and wine glasses. She gave the flowers to me but kept the wine. We got so much stuff it was unbelievable. After the shower and Carson's birthday we made it home just in time to unload, shower and head to the other party.
The party was great and we ended up making it home around 10:20pm. We slept in Sunday morning and the rest of the day we washed and organized Bryce's room. Cody came over in the afternoon and he and Ashley watched movies while Matt and I lounged around.
Monday came way too fast. Not much else to report. |
