Let's see...

Since Valentine's day, Bryce now has 2 teeth, he's sitting up on his own like a super champ, blowing raspberries when we feed him, which means whatever he's eating is all over the place. He has been making this funny cackling sound that has us three laughing at the dinner table.

Ashley had a good weekend. We took her and Cody to dinner Friday for Valentine's Day. We ate at a Japanese place and it was Cody's first time eating at a hibachi. He really liked it. I'm glad. It cost $130, but we had a great time. Bryce stayed at Grandpa and Granny's while we ate. Saturday I took Ashley over to Cody's house because his mom was going to take her to get her toes done and I was taking Bryce to a birthday party for one of our friends. Matt had to work. When I got all the way over to the party, it had been raining and they live on a ranch. The driveway was red clay and when I went to get out of my car that was parked 1/2 mile away from the house because she must have invited the whole city of Conroe, I slipped and fell on my butt. Red clay from my butt down to my knees. Luckily I was late getting there and nobody saw me. I immediately got back in the front seat, backed out and drove home in the rain. I picked up the phone and called Matt crying. I wasn't hurt. Just mad at myself for being so damn clumsy. And for choosing to wear some cute red heels when it's raining.

Matt didn't answer so I left him a message telling him to call me immediately. I felt like I needed to talk to someone so I called Ashley. Big mistake. I seriously think she put me on speaker phone and let his whole family hear me feeling sorry for myself. Matt did call back and I told him I was just going to take Bryce home and play with him until he came home and we were going to another party. This time it was for an adult.

After Matt got home from work we took a little nap and then went to Thomas' house and had BBQ and beer for his birthday. Bryce had a good time being passed from person to person. When it was time for him to eat, he wanted no part of it. He was too busy flirting with the ladies.

Ashley was still with Cody, but they weren't able to get her toes done. They had been at the hospital all day because his great aunt has congestive heart failure. Basically she spent all day at the hospital. We picked her up on our way home. She said she had an okay time. Then she had the nerve to ask if she could go to the movies with him on Sunday.

After talking to her dad we agreed that she is not going to spend every weekend with him. She needs to do things with her girlfriends too. She gives us this lame excuse that since they go to different schools, she should be able to see him on the weekends.

Matt is good. He is all recovered from his thingy... He's gearing up for baseball season...

All is well in the BickFulgham home.

We have pictures this Saturday so I need to go get Bryce something cute to wear. Something for her Easter set. Ashley is getting hers done too so I'll need to find her something cute too.

I remember when I used to buy myself things.... not so much anymore. Everything goes to these kids we have!!
