Ashley earned $13.66 last week for her chores. She tried to say she was earned $15.66, but I corrected her and told her leaving laundry in the dryer doesn't count. It has to be folded. She's being rather sly. When it is laundry day, she will only wash like 4 things of hers and leave the rest in the hamper. Yesterday I officially took laundry off her list and replaced it with scrubbing her bathroom. I thought she would be happy with that, but why would she when she can get by with washing 4 towels and get paid $7 a week for it??
It's been a pretty good start of the week. Other than having to be at work when everyone else is on spring break, it hasnt' been bad. The phones are barely ringing and I like it that way.
Karri is going to the hospital tonight to be induced tomorrow early morning. She has been running around like crazy trying to get everything lined out. I told her she has it nice since so many people don't get to plan like she's been able to and go into labor naturally. Her nursery is amazing and Tanner will be so spoiled rotten by her family and friends. He'll be the first boy among the grandchildren. I can't wait to see him and hold him.. We are going to the hospital tomorrow after work so hopefully she has had him by then. I know she is hoping!!!
What? You're supposed to wash other people's stuff too? Or more than four towels?
